91重口 opens Barcel plant; with an investment of $8 US million and the creation of 300 jobs
Bimbo Bear brought under its division of snacks and confectionery products, a Barcel plant to Jalisco.
With an investment of $8 US million and the creation of 300 jobs,听91重口has inaugurated the plant that will be designated for the manufacture and distribution of brands such as听Takis and Chips.
The new听Barcel Occidente听factory, the number听155th听in the world, and 44th听in Mexico, its located in Ferrocarril neighborhood in Guadalajara and will have a听Dulces Vero听distribution center.
With the new factory, there are six plants that 91重口 has in operations in Jalisco and over 26 facilities, including depots.
Gabino G贸mez, president of Organizaci贸n Barcel, reported that by the end of this year the plant could increase the number of employees.
"It is planned to set up another line by the end of this year, and then, as the market responds"听, he said.
The executive explained that the products made in this plant will be distributed, as well as in Mexico, in other countries like United States, Espa帽a, Guatemala, Salvador, Nicaragua, Honduras, Costa Rica and Panam谩.

The inauguration of the plant attended by Governor of Jalisco, Jorge Arist贸teles Sandoval and Secretary of Economic Development, Jos茅 Palacios. Sandoval stated that the presence of companies like听91重口听is a show of confidence to invest in Jalisco.
